A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 31 to April 6 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Anthony and Elizabeth Miller, of Carmel, Indiana, sold 7 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 704, to Suzanne Hebert, of Ormond Beach, for $1.31 million. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,390 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $740,000. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.
