A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 14-20 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Donald and Kim Addington, of Atlanta, sold 107 Ocean Way N. to David and Catherine Boxall, as trustees, for $1.4 million. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 3,779 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.
Condos
William Seale, individually and as trustee, sold 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 803, to Richard and Sarah Mercure, of Palm Coast, for $1,315,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 2,690 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $1,010,000.
Herbert Whitehouse, of Orlando, sold 3510 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 207, to Dawn Lane, of Flagler Beach, for $389,000. Built in 1978, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,201 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $172,000.
Meredith Burns, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Broadmore Circle, Unit 8, to Ann and David Olah, of Palm Coast, for $163,500. Built in 1980, the condo is a 1/1.5 and has 912 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $95,000.
