The Florida Department of Transportation is proposing improvements on State Road 100 (E. Moody Boulevard) from North Palmetto Street to Old Kings Road South in the cities of Bunnell and Palm Coast. The project will repave the S.R. 100 corridor to extend the life of the roadway.

Pedestrian improvements are also being proposed which include the construction of a 6-foot-wide sidewalk to create connectivity by closing sidewalk gaps where existing Right of Way allows. Crosswalks will also be added on S.R. 100 at the intersections of Landing Boulevard, Bulldog Drive, Town Center Boulevard, Memorial Medical Parkway, and Old Kings Road South.

Other improvements include installing mast arm traffic signals at Belle Terre Parkway and Memorial Medical Parkway, installing Wrong Way Driving Detection devices at the I-95 interchange off-ramps, and upgrading curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
