Weightlifter Dom Bennett and multi-sport star Jada Williams were named Flagler Palm Coast's Outstanding Athletes of the Year at the school's awards ceremony on May 16.
Bennett won both the snatch and traditional state championships in the 139-pound class and helped the Bulldogs win the Class 3A state title.
Williams placed sixth at the Class 4A state cross country championships and fifth in the 800 meters at the Class 4A state track and field championships. She also played soccer.
Other state champs for the Bulldogs this year were Anniel Buchanan in girls weightlifting (two titles) and Rigens Andre and Nick Lilavois in boys weightlifting.
