The North Flagler Wildcats' 12-and-under team won the Central Florida Youth Football League championship for the second year in a row.
The Wildcats went 5-0 in the regular season and won two playoff games, 39-0 over the East Orlando Giants at Orlando Bishop Moore High School and 45-0 over the Clermont Cowboys for the title on May 14 at Lake Howell High School.
The players included Adejide Adelakun, D.J. Harris, T.J. Briggs, Brian Gunter Jr., Nate Preston, James Peterson, Teddy Bellegarde, Cole Hardy, Lorenzien Wright, Mason Beane, Brandon Lassiter-Wright, Treylin Norman, Tony Coates Jr., DaVonn Oxendine, Tyne Cribbs, Zain Dailey, Ethan Plank, Logan Walker, Aiden Vojtech, Caleb Shamblin and Daniel Swint.
The coaches were Durell Preston, Tony Coates, Brian Gunter, Lorenzo Wright and Lamont Swint.
