A house on more than two acres was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of April 17-23 in the Multiple Listing Service. Gregory Oakwood, of Volusia County, sold 378 Pine Woods Road to Corey Miller and Cecilia Peier, of Palm Coast, for $799,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2.5 and has an extra 2/1 house, a horse barn, two pole barns and 3,260 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Sara and Jefferson Nolin, of Auburn, Alabama, sold 209 Royal Dunes Blvd. to Claudia La Placa and Michael George, of Orlando, for $649,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,928 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $465,100.
Brian and Terese Lott, of Allen Park, Michigan, sold 815 Loyola Drive to Robert Bardani Jr., as trustee, for $475,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,741 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $150,000.
John and Rhonda Bulford, of Ormond Beach, sold 91 Harvard Drive to Michael and Kristin Bond, of Ormond Beach, for $398,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,407 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $125,000.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 337 Sunset Point Drive to Elias and Franymar Kaniaris, of Ormond Beach, for $361,490. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,941 square feet.
