Jeffrey and Nancy Southmayd, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Ocean Ridge Blvd. S. to Steven and Jan Sherbak, of Palm Coast, for $2,075,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 6/6/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 6,652 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.
