A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Sept.25 to Oct. 1 in the Multiple Listing Service. 155 Ocean Shore Boulevard LLC, and Bridgeford Trust Co. LLC, as trustees, sold 155 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Mary and Nils Bogetveit, of Boulder, Colorado, for $1,725,000. Built in 1949, the house is a 5/3.5 and has 2,650 square feet.
