Residents in Cinnamon Beach and Ocean Hammock gathered together Thursday, Nov. 10, to clear street drains of organic debris.
The blockages contributed to extensive flooding as ocean incursions and breeches from destroyed sand dunes and storm surges damage the neighborhoods.
