A house in Ormond Lakes was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 16-22 in the Multiple Listing Service. Roger Grubic, of Vero Beach, sold 119 Squirrel Lane to Kerry and Lori Spencer, of Ormond Beach, for $820,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,343 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
