A house in Island Estates was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 4-10 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Charles and Karen Skeens, of Ceredo, Wyoming, sold 168 Island Estates Parkway to Crissy and Shane Stinson, of Palm Coast, for $2.01 million. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,149 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $1,035,000. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Eric Painting and Kaitlyn Fries, of Lakewood, Ohio, sold 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 335, to Kevin and Miclyn Riley, of Palm Coast, for $775,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,003 square feet. It sold in March for $685,000.
Kathleen Lagras, of Palm Coast, sold 4600 Moody Blvd., Unit 8-F, to Izabela Grubska, of East Haven, Connecticut, for $165,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 971 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $144,900.

Pamela Hickey, individually and as trustee, and Richard Morgan III, of Flagler Beach, sold 1115 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Jane and James Searcy, of Sanders, Kentucky, for $990,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/3 and has 1,664 square feet.
Grand Haven
Oscar and Diane Perez, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, sold 26 Eastlake Drive to Bart and Suzanne Palmer, of Palm Coast, for $652,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,432 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $455,000.

Opendoor Property Trust 1, of Tempe, Arizona, sold 33 Huntington Place to Denise LaGarde, of Ormond Beach, for $436,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,992 square feet. It sold in April for $397,600.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Pensacola, sold 68 Boulder Rock Drive to Brandon and Heather Jackson, of Palm Coast, for $363,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,755 square feet.
Michael and Claire Ledrich, of Palm Coast, sold 38 Bud Field Drive to Manuel and Yiranis Diaz, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,619 square feet.
