Patricia Swick, individually and as trustee, sold 3608 Christa Court to Scott Schiffer and Elizabeth Gonsalves, of Ormond Beach, for $655,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,792 square feet.
Ormond Lakes
Dennis Busche, of Hood River, Oregon, sold 15 Lakecliff Drive to Gary Schnayderman and Janeta Dimante, of Ormond Beach, for $710,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,620 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $385,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Michelle Gunter, of Daytona Beach, sold 2 Ocean Drive to Paul and Mayra Gelinas, of Miami, for $673,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,104 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $349,900.
The Trails
John and Rene Adams, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 River Ridge Trail to Anthony and Miriam Potts, Samantha Potts and Jeremy Mohler, of Ormond Beach, for $634,125. Built in 1980, the house is a 5/5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,460 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $430,000.
