Christopher Mancino, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Ocean Edge Drive to Weymouth Property LLC, of Covington, Georgia, for $950,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,232 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $475,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Robert and Angela Simons, of Ormond Beach, sold 171 Fairway Drive to Kevin Vagovic, of Ormond Beach, for $525,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,420 square feet.
