BPG Builders LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 202 Surfview Lane to Gordon Zeng and Donghe Zhu, of Onalaska, Wisconsin, for $2,006,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/4.5 and has an elevator and 3,221 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

John and Patricia Scarola, of Tacoma, Washington, sold 308 N.E. Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 203, to My King LLC, of Palm Coast, for $162,000. Built in 1975, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $116,000.
