Four dogs have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.

The first is Rosita, an 8-year-old pit mix with a brown and white coat. She came to the shelter as an owner surrender and is described a being a "huge cuddle-bug" who loves attention and belly rubs. Her adoption fee has been paid for through the Dolly's Dream Dog program, which encourages the adoption of the shelter's bully breeds.

The second is Brownie, a 4-year-old German shepherd mix with a red and white coat. She is both chill and playful, as she loves to lounge around but is always ready for a game of fetch. Her adoption fee is $75.
