A truck rollover closed northbound Interstate 95 at mile marker 291 the morning of Aug. 11.
The Flagler County Sheriff's Office posted about the closure on Facebook at 9:30 a.m., asking residents to seek an alternate route because all lanes were closed.
Two northbound lanes have since reopened.
Rescuers took four victims to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and the Florida Highway Patrol has taken over the scene, FCSO Public Affairs Officer Ava Hanner wrote in an email.
The FCSO could not confirm how many vehicles were involved in the crash.
