Palm Coast's annual photo contest has closed and over 900 photographs submitted.
The annual photo contest had six categories — residents, pets, landscape, wildlife, recreation and events — and entries needed to be from Palm Coast. The city will announce the winners in an award presentation during the Oct. 3 City Council meeting.
The 6 p.m. meeting is open for the public to attend. The winning photographs demonstrated exceptional skill in capturing the essence of Palm Coast's beauty and charm, a press release from the city said.
The winners from each category will also be featured in announcement from the city, showcasing the winning photos, after the Oct. 3 meeting, the press release said.
