The Ormond Memorial Art Museum is inviting the community to celebrate the holiday season with handbell music in the gardens.
The "Handbells for the Holidays" event will be held 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Dec. 21. The St. James Ringers, a
volunteer ensemble from St. James Episcopal Church, will play holiday songs in the garden gazebo, according to a press release. Admission is free and guests are encouraged to walk the gardens and enjoy the music.
The museum will offer hot tea and coffee as well as a holiday card-making activity until 3 p.m. All art supplies will be provided. The cards will be delivered by the museum staff to local nursing homes. All ages are welcome.
