Taylor Miller, chief of staff at Germfree Laboratories, received the Emerging Leader Award on Dec. 7, from the Volusia Manufacturers Association.
This recognition celebrates her outstanding leadership and innovative contributions to the industry, acknowledging young professionals who make substantial impacts in both their industry and community.
Miller has been an integral part of Germfree’s organization since she joined in 2020. Armed with an master's in business administration from Florida State University, she plays a pivotal role in partnering with the executive team in
determining, prioritizing, and executing business strategies. Her skill set includes managing and communicating strategic projects across the business, fostering unity among departments, and consistently improving organizational procedures for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
Among her notable achievements, Miller spearheaded a multi-million dollar factory re-optimization project and led the overhaul of the enterprise resource planning system.
