Quilters by the Sea gift honor quilt to Prince of Peace employee

The Quilters by the Sea honored Elizabeth Milliken, a retired U.S. Army chief warrant officer, with an honor quilt on Dec. 15.

The quilt recognized Milliken's year of service. The quilters also held a luncheon in her honor. Milliken currently works at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, where Quilters by the Sea meets every Friday from 9:30 a.m. to noon. To learn more about the quilters or to join the group, drop by their meetings held inside the church's office building.
