The city of Palm Coast is implementing a software upgrade on Friday, Feb. 17, which will require the Financial Services Department, Business Tax and Human Resources to be unable to process in-person transactions during the workday. All online services will remain operational throughout the upgrade.

Customers are encouraged to complete any business tax or finance transactions through the online services at https://www.palmcoastgov.com/.

This upgrade should have minimal impact on citizens; however, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Customer Service is available at 386-986-2360 or by visiting the customer service portal at https://www.palmcoast.gov/Connect.

The city of Palm Coast offices are closed on Monday, Feb. 20, in recognition of Presidents’ Day. Offices will re-open and all services will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
