A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 8-14 in the Multiple Listing Service. Lawrence and Karen Gilson, of Depew, New York, sold 83 Deep Woods Way to Dorothy Harrington and Jerry Rij, of Ormond Beach, for $859,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 5/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,123 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Melvin Stack, individually and as trustee, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 7090, to Elizabeth Mollica, of Ormond Beach, for $565,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 3,050 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $465,000.
Ellen Spradley, individually and as trustee, sold 20 Tomoka Ave., Unit 1050, to John and Dolores Duncan, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,170 square feet.
Sandra Hooper, of Apex, North Carolina, sold 320 S. Center St. to Diana Velez, of Ormond Beach, for $252,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,355 square feet.
Charles Dick, of Ormond Beach, sold 78 Lincoln Ave. to Alexis Vedder, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1910, the house is a 2/1 and has 888 square feet.
Kimberlee and Zachary Batley, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Riverwood Drive to Lindy Kopp and Greg Gunther, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,521 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $265,000.
Sandra Vasquez, of Yuma, Arizona, sold 360 Coquina Ave. to Christine Tran and Tuan Le, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, for $200,000. Built in 1968, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,680 square feet.
Kathleen Bravo, of Jupiter, sold 6 Oakmont Circle to Zachary and Kimberlee Batley, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1967, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,336 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $405,000.
Judy and James Staples, of Ormond Beach, sold 61 Ravenwood Court to Lawrence and Christine McNamara, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,315 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $155,000.
