Palm Coast's annual photo contest is accepting submissions.

The free contest runs from June 1 to July 31 and all entries must be submitted online no later than midnight on July 31, according to a press release from the city. The winning photos will be selected in August and honored with a prize at a later City Council meeting.

The six categories are: pets, recreation, wildlife, landscapes, events and residents. Residents can submit up to 20 entries, and all photos must be from within the city limits of Palm Coast, and without any watermarks or logo branding, the press release said.

All photographs submitted for the contest will be used by the City for marketing, promotional, and public relations purposes, the press release said.

For more information or to submit an entry, residents can go to www.palmcoastgov.com/photocontest.
