Palm Coast signs certificate of occupancy for AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway

The new hospital is expected open in August.

The city of Palm Coast signed a certificate of occupancy on June 29 for AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway.

The certificate signifies the completion of all necessary inspections and approvals, ensuring that the 100-bed, four-story hospital meets the highest standards of safety and quality, according to a press release from the city. 

“This is a momentous occasion for Palm Coast, as we are now on the verge of officially opening the doors to AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway,” Mayor David Alfin said. “This new hospital will not only enhance our city’s healthcare infrastructure, but the hospital’s presence will undoubtedly strengthen Palm Coast’s position as a regional healthcare destination and foster community well-being.”

The new hospital, expected to open in August, will create jobs for healthcare professionals and contribute to the local economy, the press release said. 

The hospital features advanced operating rooms, an emergency department, intensive care units, specialized clinics and a full range of diagnostic and imaging services.
