Details: The Garden Club at Palm Coast, Inc. will hold its annual Arbor Day Memorial Tree planting ceremony in memory of three members who died in 2022: Linda Thiele, Norma Rizzo and Donal March. A redbud tree will be planted and a memorial plaque placed in the members' honor. Speakers will include Garden Club President Denise Garcia and Palm Coast Parks and Recreation Director James Hirst.
