Meet Duke, Bella and Ted, the featured adoptable dogs from the Flagler Humane Society for this week's Pets of the Week.
Duke, 3, is a male Rhodesian Ridgeback brought in as a stray on Sept. 1. He is a sweet and playful gentle giant who loves to play with toys and cuddle on the couch with everyone he meets.
Bella, 4, is an Australian cattle dog mix who was brought to the shelter on June 11. This active girl loves to play fetch and run around, she would do best with an owner who can accommodate her active lifestyle. She is intelligent and food motivated, which makes training even easier.
Ted, 1, is a male who was found as a stray and brought to the shelter on July 6. He has quickly become a staff and volunteer favorite, because he loves everyone he meets. Ted is playful, affectionate and friendly with other dogs and has shown no signs of aggression.
The Flagler Humane Society is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1 Shelter Drive in Palm Coast.
Adoption fees vary based on the animal, and the shelter has both dogs and cats up for adoption.
Anyone who is interested in adopting or has questions about the process can contact the Flagler Humane Society at 386-445-1814 or apply online at flaglerhumanesociety.org.
