Meet Lily, Gemma, Sprite and Holly, this week's featured adoptable pets from the Flagler Humane Society.
Lily, 3, is a shy, friendly female terrier mix. She has a gentle and mellow personality, perfect for a peaceful home environment. Lily loves to cuddle and is also good with other dogs. She was rescued by Palm Coast Animal Control on Dec. 29 after she was found extremely underweight.
Gemma, 8, is a female boxer mix with a charming personality. She is loyal, gentle and a social butterfly. She gets along with great with everyone she meets, including other dogs and kids. Gemma was surrendered on Feb. 14 because of her previous owners’ bad health.
Sprite, 4, is a hound mix with a friendly nature. She is a smart, loyal companion who loves to play and cuddle. She is good with other dogs and always eager to make new friends. Sprite was transferred to the Flagler County Humane Society from another shelter on April 12 because of space issue.
Holly, 8, is a female Maine coon. She is a sweet and beautiful female with a pleasant, calm demeanor. Holly is good with new people and is litter box trained. She was recently surrendered on April 22 because her previous owners had to move.
The Flagler Humane Society is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1 Shelter Drive in Palm Coast. Adoption fees vary based on the animal, and the shelter has both dogs and cats up for adoption.
