The home, formerly owned by an award-winning American songwriter and producer, sold on June 14 for $1,725,000. Built in 1950 by the late Thurman Gillespy, Jr. and his wife Elaine, who were instrumental in bringing the London Symphony Orchestra to town in the 1960s, the house is a 4/4 with two half-baths and has a pool, three fireplaces, a private dock, boathouse and 3,922 square feet.
The house at 33 Laurel Ridge Break sold on June 24 for $610,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 3/3 and has one fireplace, a pool, an outdoor kitchen and 2,305 square feet. It last sold in 2019 for $405,000.
The house at 1288 Royal Pointe Lane sold on June 17 for $640,000. Built in 2006 the house is a 4/2 and has a pool, heated spa and $640,000. It last sold in 2014 for $295,000.
