Miller's Ale House is celebrating its Aug. 5 grand opening by offering "free Miller's for a year" to its first 100 guests.

In a press release from the Miller's Ale House team, the restaurant announced the give-away to its first 100 guests at the new restaurant. The restaurant is located at 5861 State Road 100 and is opening just weeks ahead of Palm Coast's new BJ's Wholesale store.

The grand opening event will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Aug. 5 in front of the restaurant. The restaurant will add over 115 new jobs to the area and will be led by general manager Lovaas, a 12-year employee of Miller's Ale House.

According to the Miller's Ale House website, the store will be open from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday-Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Flagler County Commissioners, members of the Flagler County Sheriff's Office and Palm Coast Mayor David Alfin are planning to attend the grand opening to welcome Miller's Ale House to the community, the press release said.

Flagler County Education Foundation members will also be in attendance to receive a donation from the Miller's Ale House team.

"We are pleased to offer a donation to the Flagler County Education Foundation as a token of our commitment to supporting local education and enriching the lives of students in the area," the press release said. "We recognize the importance of education in building a strong future for our community, and we are eager to contribute."

The Miller Ale's House is one of five storefronts that will line S.R. 100 in the BJ's Wholesale shopping plaza, which is called Cornerstone at Seminole Woods. A Longhorn Steakhouse is also slated to open soon, while the other three lots along S.R. 100 are still unconfirmed.

Because of the projected traffic from the shopping plaza, a new traffic signal has also been installed at the BJ's Wholesale's main entrance.
