Meet Harley, Remmy and Blaze, Flagler Humane Society's featured adoptable pets.
Harley, 6, is a female terrier mix who is always eager to play. Harley has a sweet nature and friendly disposition that makes her a joy to be around. She thrives in the company of other dogs, making her an excellent companion for any canine-loving home. She knows some commands, loves to learn and is eager to please. Harley was found as a stray in July in Bunnell.
Remmy, 2, is a female terrier mix with a sweet, infectious energy. Remmy is intelligent and friendly toward everyone she meets, even other dogs. She loves to play, be pet and cuddle. Adopting Remmy means filling the home with laughter, love and unforgettable memories. Remmy was surrendered on Aug. 8 because her previous owners couldn't afford to care for her.
Blaze, 9, is a male black cat with beautiful orange eyes. Blaze is young at heart and always up for a game with a toy mouse or laser pointer. As much as he loves to play, Blaze also loves his quiet time. He loves to be pet and cuddle and is ready to share his love with his forever family. He was found as a stray in the W Section on June 17.
The Flagler Humane Society is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1 Shelter Drive in Palm Coast. Adoption fees vary based on the animal, and the shelter has both dogs and cats up for adoption.
Anyone who is interested in adopting or has questions about the process can contact the Flagler Humane Society at 386-445-1814 or apply online at flaglerhumanesociety.org.
