A suspect connected to a Rhode Island home invasion was arrested in a Flagler County home after a multi-hour search.

Johnathan Costa, 19, was arrested at around 4:30 p.m. after a four-hour search by Flagler County Sheriff's Office and the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office deputies. Costa was found at a home on Royal Palm Lane, according to a FCSO Facebook post.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office has been searching for the stolen 2018 Ferrari 488 Spyder for since early afternoon on Aug. 27. The SJCSO wrote on its Facebook page that the Ferrari led deputies on a chase on Interstate 95 into Flagler County.

Just before 3 p.m., the Ferrari was found at the Royal Palm Lane home in Palm Coast.

Costa and Logan Slezak, 18, are wanted in connection with the stolen Ferrari and an armed home invasion in Rhode Island. The two are considered to be armed and dangerous, the Facebook posts said.

Slezak was determined not to be in the Ferrari and is believed to not be in Flagler County, the post said.

Joseph Bober, FCSO digital and social media coordinator, confirmed over email that members of FCSO's patrol, K-9 Unit, Motors Unit, Traffic Unit and Investigative Services Division, as well as Flagler County's FireFlight and St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office’s Main One helicopter were involved in the search.

This is a developing story.
