The Starlight Parade returned to Town Center on Saturday, Dec. 14 after a four-year hiatus. Palm Coast celebrated hours before the start of the parade as Central Park in Town Center was turned into a winter wonderland — the parade's theme — with food trucks, a live band, Santa's Village and Merry Train Ride, and of course, the Flagler County Rotary Club's nightly Fantasy Lights Festival.
