The Flagler County Association of Realtors installed its 2024 Board of Directors.
Eddie Marcal of Coldwell Banker Premier Properties is FCAR’s president for 2024. Marcal has served on the FCAR Board of Directors since 2018. He was installed by 2023 Florida Realtors President Mike McGraw.
Marcal takes over for 2023 FCAR President Ana DeAlmeida of Livin Paradise Realty, LLC.
The Executive Committee includes President-Elect, Michelle McKinney (NextHome Treasure Coast); Vice President Gina DosSantos (Livin Paradise Realty); Secretary Lisa Smith (Ocean City Realty); and Treasurer Merritt Zucca (Weichert Realtors Hallmark Properties).
The Board of Directors also installed continuing directors Megan Farrell and Tom Heiser (Coldwell Banker Premier Properties) and two new directors — Gina Eckert (Livin Paradise Realty) and Nick Trizano (Weichert Realtors Hallmark Properties).
Two awards were given out during the installation. Eddie Lang of NextHome at the Beach was named Realtor of the Year. Greg Fields of Fields Customs, LLC, was named Business Partner of the Year.
