Tim Curtis is now a member of the Intracoastal Bank board of directors, a press release announced on Thursday, Jan. 18.

“We are thrilled that Tim Curtis has joined our board of directors,” said Ryan Page, president and chief executive officer of Intracoastal Bank. “His strong business acumen and experience plus involvement in the local community, compliments our goals and he will play a vital role with the bank."

Curtis has over 34 years of business and community experience in the Flagler and Volusia market area. He has a long term track record of success with a variety of businesses, primarily in the hospitality industry with a focus on the restaurant sector. He is chairman of the board and founder of Houligan’s Spirited Sport’s Grille. He is also chairman of the board of Stonewood Holdings. He has been active in many community and civic organizations, serving on the boards of Children’s Advocacy Center, Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce, Civic League of the Halifax Area, Florida Hospital Foundation, Gateway Bank Advisory Board, Gateway Bank Board of Directors, and the Rotary Club of Ormond Beach.

"While serving on the Board my main goal and objective is to be able to make a difference/impact in the bank and in the community," Curtis said in the press release. "My experience with community-based banks over the last 35 years has been an integral factor in the growth of our business. Often times the community banks could do things that the large regional banks were not able to accomplish — which contributed to the success of our businesses. Having the opportunity to help our local community through banking opportunities is a true blessing."
