A woman accused of kidnapping a 3-year-old from Osceola County was found and arrested in a Palm Coast hotel room.

The 3-year-old girl was unharmed and has been safely reunited with her mother, according to a press release from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office. FCSO and Osceola County deputies arrested the suspect, Crystal Williams, 37, at 7:20 p.m. on Jan. 25 from the Microtel Inn & Suites on Kingswood Drive in Palm Coast.

Williams had checked into a room on the hotel's third floor and, when deputies came to the door, repeatedly told deputies she didn't do anything, according to body camera footage of her arrest.

"They set me up, I swear," Williams said as deputies placed her in handcuffs.

Williams is being held at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility pending a transfer to Osceola County.

“In this case, the suspect fled into the wrong county, not knowing that we coordinate closely with other law enforcement agencies, and she found herself in the Green Roof Inn," Sheriff Rick Staly said.

This is a developing story.
