The former Golden Corral next to Lowe's Home Improvement store will be reopening as a buffet restaurant called the Golden Chopsticks Buffet sometime in the August.

The restaurant, located at 225 Cypress Edge Drive, is owned by the company M&L LLC. Restaurant Manager Vivian Jiang told the Observer that the Golden Chopsticks Buffet will open after the business receives its final approval order from the city.

The family-friendly buffet restaurant will have a mix of American, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, including sushi and hibachi grill. The restaurant is not a chain, Jiang said, but the owners do own several restaurants across Florida.
