Meet Ashton, Bob, Wheelie and Jasmine, the featured adoptable pets from the Flagler Humane Society this week.
Ashton is a 7-month-old male found as a stray with two other young cats. He is sweet, gentle and shy, an ideal companion for anyone seeking a friendly pet. Ashton loves belly rubs and is ready to fill his forever home with love and warmth.
Bob, 3, is a handsome and playful male who was rescued on Oct. 31 alongside 13 other dogs. He is very loving and social and gets along with kids, adults and other dogs and is always up for quality time, including couch cuddles and playing outside. Bob is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and ready to find his forever family.
Wheelie, 2, was found as a stray in Palm Coast's P Section on Jan. 25. She is a smart and sweet female who is full of energy. She's a quick learner, social and loves to play fetch, run around and be pet. Wheelie gets along great with other dogs as well as people.
Jasmine, 2, is a female cat who is loves to curl up in people's laps for a good nap. She has a mellow demeanor and is good with other cats. Jasmine was surrendered in January when her previous owner moved and could not bring Jasmine along. She loves to be bet and will purr at the slightest touch.
The Flagler Humane Society is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1 Shelter Drive in Palm Coast.
Adoption fees vary based on the animal, and the shelter has both dogs and cats up for adoption.
