Palm Coast woman in critical condition after being hit by car on S.R. 100

A Florida Highway Patrol report said the woman, 36, was taken to Halifax Hospital.

A Palm Coast woman is in critical condition after she was struck by a sedan overnight.

The crash happened at 12:38 a.m. on May 13, on State Road 100 just west of North Forsyth Street, according to a Florida highway Patrol report. The sedan was driving east on S.R. 100 when the woman attempted to cross the road directly in front of the sedan, the report said.

The woman was airlifted to Halifax Hospital in critical condition. Neither the passenger nor the driver of the sedan were injured.
