The Jewish Women's Circle hosted "Honey, Harmony, Healing" on Oct. 7 at the Chabad of Greater Daytona.
The event was held in remembrance of the victims of the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks in Israel and included prayers for the safe return of hostages. It was an evening of reflection, live music and community connection.
Participants took part in a Honey Cake Bake, symbolizing hope for sweetness, harmony and healing in the future.
Attendees honored the memories of those we lost. In a shared spirit of sorrow and hope, the evening provided a moment of healing, unity and strength, as participants supported one another and stood with the global Jewish community.
The gathering featured a beautiful musical performance by singer Batsheva Ezagui, who shared melodies of meaning for Israel, creating an atmosphere of comfort and reflection. The songs resonated deeply with the emotions of the evening, offering a source of inspiration and solace.
A sweet buffet was available for all attendees, adding a sense of warmth and community to the night’s activities.
