A Palm Coast man was arrested on Sept. 4 for allegedly repeatedly molesting young girl over course of 2-3 years.

Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies have been investigating Joseph Thomas Horovsky, 21, of Palm Coast, for the last 15 months after the victim reported him in June 2023. Horovsky is being charged with molesting a child under 12 by a person 18 years of age or older, a FCSO press release said.

He is being held at the county jail without bond.

The victim told FCSO detectives that there were five incidents over the last several years where Horovsky “touched her in a sexual manner,” the press release said.

Sheriff Rick Staly said Major Case Unit detectives have spent more than a year thoroughly investigating the case.

“This pervert is now locked up in the Green Roof Inn where he can’t touch children, thanks to a courageous child that came forward explaining what happened to her for years,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “We will not tolerate disgusting behavior that is traumatizing to children that takes their innocence away.”
