Ormond Beach Lions show appreciation for St. James Episcopal Church

St. James has allowed the Lions to use their facilities for meetings and fundraising events.

Ormond Beach Lions Club President Dennis Sweeney recently presented a certificate of appreciation to pastor Roy Allison, on behalf of St. James Episcopal Church.

Funds collected by the Lions Club, according to a statement submitted to the Observer, were sent to Halifax Urban Ministries, in honor of the church, which has allowed the Lions to use their facilities for meetings and fundraising events.
