Experience 'Celebrate Volusia' at the Ocean Center

This free event will feature a community expo, family activities, refreshments, an art exhibit, and a concert by Pablo Cruise.

Volusia County invites residents and visitors to Celebrate Volusia from 2-5:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6 at the Ocean Center, located at 101 N. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach. This free event will feature a community expo, family activities, refreshments, an art exhibit, and a concert by Pablo Cruise.

Enjoy a curated art exhibit, a SiriusXM celebrity DJ, caricature and face painting artists and story time. Touch-A-Truck vehicles will include a fire truck, HazMat15 truck, jet ski, Sheriff’s boat, beach truck, and more. 

Plan a visit to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, the Marine Discovery Center, a Daytona Tortugas game, the Lyonia Environmental Center, and many more attractions. Residents will also be able to register for the new Park Volusia beach permit, register to vote, and learn more about the many services offered by Volusia County and its partners. Free cookies and popcorn will be available while supplies last and Ocean Center concessions will be available throughout the event. 

The community expo will be open from 2-4 p.m. and national recording band Pablo Cruise will perform hits such as “Love Will Find A Way,” Whatcha Gonna Do,” and “A Place In The Sun.” from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. For additional information or participation details, visit www.celebratevolusia.com and follow the event on Facebook and Instagram.
