Phemotron Systems is a pioneering aerospace technology company that specializes in advanced systems and solutions for the satellite and space industries. The company won the Startup Space pitch Competition, held during the SATELLITE 2025 Conference and Exhibition, a Phemotron press release said.

Leslie F. Giscombe, a Palm Coast resident and Phemotron Systems' president and chief business officer, attended the compeition, held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C.

Phemotron Systems was founded by Femi Ishola, a distinguished aerospace engineer with a global academic and professional background, the press release said. Ishola presented Phemotron's innovative AI-MotherBox-1 for the competition, "a 12U small CubeSat platform with a high-performance AI engine designed to execute data gathering at unprecedented speeds."
