Broadway powerhouse Mandy Gonzalez will perform in concert on Thursday, March 13, at the Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center, and aspiring young singers will have the opportunity to audition for a chance to sing with Gonzalez during her performance.
Gonzalez is known for her electrifying performances in “Hamilton,” “In the Heights” and “Wicked.”
Singers, aged 10 to 18, are invited to audition at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at the Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center auditorium, 5500 E. Highway 100, Palm Coast. If interested, RSVP at [email protected]
Selected singers will not only get to perform on stage with Gonzalez but will also participate in an exclusive vocal workshop with the Broadway star on March 14.
Singers planning to audition are asked to prepare a one-minute song of their choice that showcases their vocal ability and stage presence.
This is a rare opportunity to learn from and perform alongside one of Broadway’s brightest stars. There is no cost for participation and discounted tickets will be offered for performers' families.
Gonzalez is celebrated for her powerhouse voice and inspiring performances that have captivated audiences on Broadway and around the world. Her concert promises an evening of show-stopping hits, heartfelt ballads and stories from her career.
