Florida governor makes local appointments, Lifestyle Realty Group adds new agent

Also, PRC Alliance announces new physician.

Governor appoints two to Halifax Health board

Gov. Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Andrew Lupoli and reappointment of Glenn Ritchey Sr. to the Halifax Health Board of Commissioners on Friday, Feb. 14.

Lupoli is the assistant treasurer at Brown & Brown Insurance and the treasurer for Homes Bring Hope. He is a certified treasury professional. Lupoli earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida.

Ritchey Sr. is the president and chief executive officer of Ritchey Automotive Group, Southeast Automotive Management, Jon Hall Chevrolet, Inc., Daytona Hyundai, Ritchey Cadillac/Buick/GMC, Subaru of Daytona, and Volvo and Subaru of Melbourne. He is also the vice president and chief executive officer of Bennett Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Kingsland and Dublin Chevrolet Nissan, Buick, GMC. A veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves, he previously served as the mayor of Daytona Beach and was inducted into the Florida Auto Industry Hall of Fame in 2023. 

Governor appoints four to DSC board

Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed Nellie Lupoli and reappointed Randy Dye, Lloyd Freckleton and Robert Lloyd to the Daytona State College District Board of Trustees on Friday, Feb. 14.

Lupoli is the vice president of ICI Homes. She is a member of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce and Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation. She is the recipient of the 2019 Young Leaders Award from the United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties. She earned her master's degree in business administration from Harvard University.

Dye is the owner of Daytona Dodge Crysler Jeep Ram, Maserati & Alfa Romeo. He is a member the NASCAR Foundation and was named the 2020 Philanthropist of the Year by Volusia/Flagler Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Freckleton is a former Warden for the New York City Department of Corrections. He previously served in the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring with the rank of colonel. 

Lloyd is the principal of Lloyd Law. He is the chairman of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the University of Florida Foundation and the University of Florida College of Law board of directors. 

These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.

Lifestyle Realty Group adds new agent

Lifestyle Realty Group welcomes real estate agent Crystal Cottle to its growing Ormond Beach brokerage. 

She is a seasoned agent that enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two daughters, a press release states, adding that "she loves the process of helping her clients achieve their dreams."

PRC Alliance adds new physician

Dr. Neil Nagda joined PRC Alliance on Aug. 1, 2024. He practices at the locations in Palm Coast, (21 Hospital Dr., Suite 120) and Daytona (1671 N. Clyde Morris Blvd. Suite 100).

Nagda is a double board-certified interventional pain medicine physician and anesthesiologist at PRC. With expertise in interventional procedures including kyphoplasty, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, minimally invasive sacroiliac joint fusion and minimally invasive lumbar decompression, he provides individualized care to address patients’ unique sources of pain. 

Nagda is a member of the North American Neuromodulation Society, American Society of Anesthesiologists and American Society of Regional Anesthesia. He has presented novel work at multiple conferences including the Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Society of Anesthesiologist Annual Meeting and American Society of Regional Anesthesia.
