Flagler County Republican Executive Committee elects new board

Palm Coast businessman Perry Mitrano will serve another two-year term as board chair.

The Flagler County Republican Executive Committee elected its new board for the 2025-26 term at its County Committee meeting held Dec. 11 at the Palm Coast Community Center.

Perry Mitrano, a local businessman from Palm Coast, was reelected as chairman to serve another two-year term.

According to a press release, Mitrano’s leadership and the work of Flagler State Committeewoman Sharon Demers and her Voter Registration Team, Flagler County's Republican voter registrations grew by over 10% between the 2022 and 2024 general elections.

The Flagler County Republican Executive Committee also elected Paula Bedner as vice chairman, Nick DeSantis as secretary and Bruce Aiello as treasurer. Flagler State Committeewoman Demers and Flagler State Committeeman Bill Gordon will also serve as members of the 2025-26 board.
