Patricia A. Juliano, 74, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away in the early morning hours of December 29, 2024, with her family by her side. She was born on September 19, 1950, in Bronxville, New York, to the late Pat and Dolly Nuzzo. Patricia graduated from Eastchester High School in 1968.

At the age of 16, she met the love of her life, Angelo, and the two were married, going on to raise four children together. In 2005, Patricia and her family relocated to sunny Palm Coast, Florida.

Patricia was a beloved crossing guard at the Immaculate Conception School in Tuckahoe, NY, for many years and also worked as a deli manager. She enjoyed collecting Cardinals, listening to Oldies music, and had a deep affection for Elvis Presley but most of all the love she had for her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Angelo Juliano, in 2013, and her brother, Bobby, in 2000.

Patricia is survived by her children, Phyllis (Nick), Jennifer (Domenic), Angelo (Anastasia), and Patrick; her grandchildren, Paul, Andrew (Sierra), Matthew, Joe, Vin, Angelo, Anthony, and Zoey; her great-grandchild, Liam; and her sister, Sandy.

Friends and family may visit on Friday, January 3, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 1:30 PM St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Flagler Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia’s memory may be made to the Palm Coast Firefighter Benevolent Fund or the Eastchester Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
