Flagler County seeks applicants to serve on its Parks and Recreation Advisory Board

Flagler County is seeking applicants interested in serving in its Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.

“There are seven members who are representative of different areas within the county, and they make up the advisory board,” Staff Liaison and Parks Manager Frank Barbuti said in a press release. “The parks board makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on matters pertaining to county parks, recreational programs, and facilities.”

The appointees will serve a two-year term. The board meets at 10 a.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Meetings are held in the first-floor conference room at the Government Services Building, located at 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Building 2, in Bunnell.
