Dear Editor:

Regarding your column "Mike Norris: Palm Coast is not an HOA" column, I sit with the mayor and our fire chief on this one.

I once lived in an HOA community, and if that's what people want they should move to an HOA community.

These types of super-restrictive rules kill a city's vibe. They should get rid of all of them, not just the paint and driveway parking ones.
