The Bunnell Police Department took a repeat felony offender into custody following multiple law violations.
On Friday, March 14, 2025, at approximately 3:02 PM, Bunnell Police Lieutenant Shane Groth arrested Trevor Deon Mobley, 47, at 607 E Moody Blvd, Bunnell. Mobley, a convicted felon with an extensive criminal history, was taken into custody after he was found in possession of crack cocaine, which violated his felony probation. He was also subject to an active writ of bodily attachment for unpaid child support.
While out on patrol, Lieutenant Groth recognized Mobley as he was riding a bicycle near 607 E Moody Blvd in Bunnell, and knew he was wanted for a Writ of Bodily Attachment. Groth initiated a stop due to the writ for failure to pay child support issued on March 12, 2025, issued by Judge France. Flagler County Sheriff’s Office dispatch confirmed the writ was active and Mobley was arrested. A search of his clothing prior to transport to the jail revealed Mobley was in possession of nearly two grams of crack cocaine. This triggered a violation of probation (VOP), as he was actively serving a felony probation sentence for a prior cocaine possession conviction, which began on January 8, 2025, and was set to end on January 6, 2027.
In the end, Mobley was charged with Possession of Cocaine (Felony) – No Bond, Violation of Felony Probation – No Bond, and Writ of Bodily Attachment (Child Support) – Purge Amount: $2,500 + $70 Sheriff’s Fee. He was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility, where he remains in custody.
